CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY INFORMATION
We are located in New York and will ship items anywhere in the United States and territories. We also gladly ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses. Shipping charges will be calculated by weight and will appear during checkout before you are asked to enter payment information. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail in the U.S., and do not ship internationally at this time. Please review the following information to ensure a smooth transaction with prompt receipt of your purchases.
CHECKOUT ~The checkout process is streamlined and designed to lead you through each step of the process, from calculating your shipping costs to determining your preferred method of payment. It will ultimately bring you to the credit card payment page or Paypal website to pay for your items, or to a printout that should accompany any mail-in payments. Please email us if you are having any difficult with checking out and paying for your items.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ~Please contact us immediately with any questions regarding your purchase. We respond to email requests within 72 hours, and usually less than 24 hours. ~Feel free to contact us regarding any item in our inventory or with specific requests for items that fall into the categories listed; we will do our best to locate it for you. ~We receive many email requests to place a value on timepieces. Please note that we are NOT appraisers and cannot respond to these inquiries.
PAYMENT We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal payments, and money orders from customers in the U.S. and territories. Paypal payments should be processed at time of purchase. Items that are ordered with Paypal must have payment processed within 72 hours of purchase or item will be returned to inventory. Customers paying by money order have ten days from date of purchase to hold items; if payment is not received within ten days the item will return to inventory. *When paying via credit card or Paypal, items will ship ONLY to the address on the account. Entering a different address will cause significant delays in the processing of your item. When paying via Paypal, any transaction of $250 or more will be shipped with Signature Confirmation requested. Please note that this is mandatory through Paypal terms of service.
TAX New York State residents please add 8.376%. This will be calculated in your shopping cart at time of purchase.
SHIPPING ~ We normally ship within 5 business days of payment receipt. Please note that periods of heavy volume and/or other circumstances may result in an extension of the shipping date. We do offer expedited shipping should you need your package quickly. With Express shipping, items are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. Please email us when requesting Express Shipping! Express Mail shipments are not always immediately identified, so emailing us to alert uf to expedited shipping will let us ship faster. Shipping options will appear during checkout. Shipping within the U.S. and territories is via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Insurance is also available but is not mandatory. WE GLADLY SHIP TO MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES! ~ Expedited shipping options available. Please email us when requesting Express Mail service for fastest processing.
RETURNS ~Returns are accepted on domestic purchases on unaltered merchandise in original condition* less shipping and handling fees for new merchandise ONLY. Any items that are advertised as "vintage" or "antique", or were manufactured more than five years ago and described as such within the ad descriptions are sold "as is" and are not subject to return, as the movements on vintage watches and clocks are not guaranteed. ~Email us within five days of receipt of item for Return Authorization (RA) number which must be posted clearly on the outside of the package. For email verification purposes please use the "Contact Us" email form on this website under the Contact header. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging. We highly recommend insuring your parcel and requesting Signature Confirmation; refunds will not be issued for items not received or that were damaged during shipment. Any return made outside of the guidelines may be subject to refusal. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
We check every item before shipping to ensure that your item is working properly. We recommend that you insure ALL shipments by checking the appropriate box during checkout. In the event that you receive a damaged or non-working item please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so that we may assist you in obtaining reimbursement for your insured items. Items lost by the Post Office will also be reimbursed with shipping insurance.
PRIVACY We do not sell, share, rent, or trade our customer information with any outside source except those used to process your transaction, such as the United States Post Office. Your credit card information is processed through ProPay, so your financial information remains secure. ProPay secures your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate, and information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission (visit ProPay at www.propay.com to view their security statement). The information that we request is used to fill each customer’s order. If there is a question about or problem with your order, we will use this information to contact you.
MERCHANDISE All of our items are new (unless otherwise specified in the ad, as with a vintage item), genuine, authentic licensed merchandise. We purchase our products from established watch distributors and dealers to avoid pricing controls by the manufacturer, and others at antique and estate sales.
Battery operated watches are shipped in working condition, and most watches will have a new battery placed professionally by a jeweler. Batteries are guaranteed for a ten-day period after item receipt. We will reimburse you for having the battery replaced, or you can return it to have the item rebatteried. Contact us immediately if the battery expires before this ten day window or the guarantee will not be valid.
Many of the items that we sell (vintage and collectible) are older timepieces manufactured between ten and fifty years ago. Please note that due to the advanced age of many of these collectible items, watches and packaging may show discreet signs of aging and/or mild shelf wear even if the watch has never been worn or displayed. We provide multiple photographs of each item, along with a very detailed description that will describe any flaws outside of this parameter, and will describe the watch as well as any and all packaging the watch will ship with. All battery replacements are done by a professional jeweler; items may rarely exhibit a small mark on the caseback from battery changes which does not affect function. Warranties are provided where specified; please note that most warranties for older collectible and antique items may have expired and may no longer be valid.
TERMS We reserve the right to limit quantities. We are not responsible for errors on the site and reserve the right to modify and correct errors at any time. We do not honor erroneous or inaccurate prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
